DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Be able to disassemble, clean, and reassemble food packaging equipment while following safety guidelines. · Must follow the site Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program, chemical safety training, and properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate. · Adheres to the allergen control program guidelines including equipment cleaning and verification activities. · Completes quality and food safety system documentation and verifies compliance to program standards. · Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS · Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds and reach are required. · Must have 1-year of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing plant. This position works in a damp, cold environment with wet, slippery surfaces.
