JBS is hiring for quality, motivated, people to join the JBS team on our sanitation as general laborers.

Responsibilities

• Properly maintain and sanitize facilities (casings) machinery and equipment for efficient production.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Use proper personal protective equipment effectively.
• Work hands on at high speed and times to lift over 50 pounds.
• Keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols.
• Adhere to JBS specifications in product to ensure quality of meat.
• Stay aware of surroundings and notify a supervisor if a hazard is recognized.
• Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision including scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways, etc.
• Perform various other duties as needed or as assigned.

• Base Salary: Min. $21.50/hr-$24.50/hr
