You are detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and efficient. You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, supporting both back-of-house and dining staff with essential daily operations.

Requirements

• Some High School education
• Prior experience in related food service or kitchen support role required
• Customer service background and orientation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Transporting food between kitchens
• Putting away stock, labeling and dating food
• Clean all kitchen and café equipment, including grill and fryer
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
• Gather and prepare soiled linens for vendor pickup
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing area cleanliness
• Assist line cooks with food prep as needed
