Position Summary: Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties. What you’ll do: Prep Processing room for washingPower down machines using appropriate proceduresBreak down equipment for cleaning.Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing roomsUse high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140FUse proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS proceduresAbility to read labels for chemical identification
