About The Position

Clemens Food Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking 2nd Shift Sanitation Worker to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment. If you take pride in hands-on work and supporting food safety standards, we encourage you to apply.
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing our facility to meet all safety and regulatory requirements. This is a physically demanding position that involves working in both hot and cold environments.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to regularly lift up to 80 lbs (with assistance)
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)

Nice To Haves

• Prior sanitation or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, floors, and work areas
• Operating high-pressure hoses, sanitation tools, and cleaning chemicals
• Frequently lifting and moving hoses, equipment, chemical containers, and trash/inedible containers weighing 20–80 lbs throughout each shift
• Following all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assisting with janitorial duties as needed
• Working outdoors occasionally, as required
