SANITATION TECHNICIAN SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS Maintain the plant, machinery, and surrounding areas in compliance with Safety Quality Food (SQF) Institute standards and all Food Safety Procedures. Follow all safety rules and company policies while supporting sanitation department management to ensure all assigned cleaning tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. WORK SCHEDULE Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Saturday & Sunday: Schedule varies; weekend work required Two days off per week, scheduled based on operational needs DUTIES Some of the duties of this position are those described below.
