Sanitation Technician (10pm-6:30am)
About The Position
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for safe operations, ensuring all areas of production are cleaned frequently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assure that SOPs are followed and performed in accordance with GMP. Foster a team environment by promoting teamwork atmosphere with all employees. Maintain a clean environment such as walls, sinks, and floors, restrooms, and perform duty is as assigned in the facility. Clean and prepare all cleaning equipment/accessories following established procedures. Clean plastic curtains located in designated areas. Adhere to gowning procedures. Operate the Zamboni in a safe manner. Adherence to HACCP and Food Defense.
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry, preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
