About the position
We are looking for a Sanitation Technician in Lake Norden, SD. Safely and efficiently operate the cheese shred machine. Assist during Clean In Place during disassembly during Clean In Place operations and final clean up to prepare run. 2-2-3 schedule 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am rotating monthly. $1.50 night time differential pay between the hours of 6pm-6am. Holiday pay and double time on Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate the cheese shred machine.
- Assist during Clean In Place during disassembly and final clean up.
- Prepare for run after Clean In Place operations.
Requirements
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.
- Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
