Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of machinery, surfaces, and production spaces.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Disassemble and assemble production equipment for effective cleaning.
• Ensure proper sanitation of individual components before reassembly.
• Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals following industry guidelines.
• Dilute and mix cleaning solutions according to specified ratios.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify sanitation needs.
• Report any equipment issues or sanitation concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, including cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Ensure documentation complies with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with the sanitation manager and other team members to execute sanitation plans.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality control teams to address specific needs.
