Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe environment within the commissary through cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and tools in accordance with SSOPs and company standards. Properly disassembles, cleans, and reassembles food production equipment to ensure hygienic and efficient operations.
