Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, taking out trash, and additional needs as requested
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Strong leadership abilities and the capability of motivating a diverse team
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred
- Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and friendly
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
