Lakeside Foods is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor for our Weston facility—a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical handling, and safety protocols
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with audit requirements, MSDS documentation, and food safety programs
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret policies and enforce standards consistently

Responsibilities

  • Supervise sanitation operations across all areas of the plant during assigned shifts
  • Train, schedule, and develop sanitation team members to ensure efficient and compliant operations
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and ensure proper chemical usage
  • Coordinate with production to optimize sanitation schedules and resources
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support accident prevention and safety initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sanitation activities
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth operations across departments
