About The Position

The Sanitation Supervisor at Red Rock Resort is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of areas in compliance with Board of Health and OSHA Standards and Regulations. This role involves handling any Team Member and/or Guest opportunities, evaluating and overseeing job performance of Team Members, and setting schedules and specific job duties. The supervisor will maintain Team Members' hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards in the absence of the Executive Steward. The position requires productive collaboration with direct supervisors and peers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and maturity in decision-making.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines.
• Minimum one (1) year in sanitation experience or in a related field preferred.
