Sanitation Specialist
About The Position
What you’ll do: Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, cleaning the outsides of vessels, cleaning floors and drains, and maintaining the appearance of the brewhouse and cellar, to include walls, windows, and ceilings. Cleaning-in-place/Sanitation-in-place using corrosives/strong acids/bases. Disassembly and Cleaning-out-of-Place (COP) using corrosives/strong acids/bases. Reassembly as needed. Close adherence to all SOPs and safety procedures, as provided. Upholding and advancing our quality standards. Accurately completing all checklists. Maintain a daily log book and turning into supervisor weekly
Requirements
- 2+ years in the Food or Beverage manufacturing industry
- Efficient Organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English & Spanish
- Basic arithmetic and understanding of throughput and efficiency concepts
