About The Position

Sanitation Peak Season 3rd Shift Job Summary: Indiana Packers is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team to fulfill our Sanitation Peak Season 3rd Shift positions. As a Sanitation team member, you will clean and scour equipment to comply with all food safety requirements. This factory position is needed for 8 to 10 hours a day, including some Saturdays. Third shift hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Requirements

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to work from August 2025 - February 2026.
Ability to work in a cold, humid, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Must be able to reach high and low levels frequently
Must be able to grip with wrist
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Cover motors, electrical plugs, and all computer equipment
Use a pressure hose to spray down all equipment
Scour equipment with chemical as needed
Cleaning of pipes, walls, refrigeration units, etc.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform general housekeeping duties
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements
