Position Summary: This position is responsible for covering, sanitizing, cleaning, and preparing equipment for use in various departments.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.
- Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- Ability and willingness to lift/lower/carry 20 pounds or greater with back and legs.
- Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level 20 pounds or greater frequently.
- Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously.
- Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
- Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend up to 10 hours.
- Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.
- 3 months of work history with the same employer

Responsibilities
- Cover motors, electrical plugs, and all computer equipment.
- Clean up excess waste on the floors.
- Use a pressure hose to spray down all equipment.
- Scour all equipment with scouring pad and/or chemicals.
- Sanitize equipment and areas with disinfectant and oil when finished.
- Cleaning of lights, pipes, walls, refrigeration units, and any other items.
- Handle and distribute cleaning chemicals and record data.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
- Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
- Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
- Perform any other work as assigned by management.
