The Sanitation Operator cleans and sanitizes food processing equipment or other related environmental surfaces in conformance to company standards and applicable health laws and has the ability to use all necessary sanitation equipment. This position is responsible for the set up and daily operation of machines assigned to all production areas. This team member must be lock out tag out trained (training will be provided upon hire). This position requires team members to perform various duties: checking for proper shingling removal and replacement of blades maintain proper equipment settings to ensure that product quality meets standards maintaining a clean machine Other duties as assigned by management.
