Overall Summary: The Sanitation Lead will ensure a safe and clean working environment by company standards and regulatory requirements. This role will supervise and coordinate the Sanitation Shift personnel and ensure that daily assignments are completed. Work as a team member with other department supervisors/managers to enforce the Food Safety Program and coordinate with the QC Department that corrective actions regarding sanitation are accomplished to ensure that the highest quality product is being provided to our customers.
