About The Position
The Sanitation Lead at Fresh Texas is responsible for maintaining the sanitation of the plant, machinery, and surroundings in compliance with SQF, FDA, and food safety procedures. This role involves coordinating and assigning duties to sanitation technicians, ensuring the proper implementation and maintenance of all food safety and sanitation programs, and fostering teamwork across shifts.
