About The Position

Performing the cleaning tasks required to maintain the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and satisfactory appearance of the grounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional business or industrial grounds maintenance.
• Ability to be flexible and respond as needed to change in business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mainlining the parking facilities and grounds in an acceptable audit ready condition.
• Assist in areas of housekeeping as needed.
• Tracking supply needs to ensure efficient supply levels.
• Ensure all debris and trash is removed from all outside grounds areas daily.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of and compliance with Company Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures.
• Follow implemented planned activities, tasks, and schedules for sanitation, including Master Cleaning Schedule tasks.
• Work with new team members.
• Follow delegated work assignments as directed by Sanitation Supervisor and Sanitation Manager.
• Responsible for thorough follow-through of cleaning assignments.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
