Position Summary Performing the cleaning tasks required to maintain the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and satisfactory appearance of the grounds.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional business or industrial grounds maintenance.
Ability to be flexible and respond as needed to change in business.

Responsibilities

Responsible for mainlining the parking facilities and grounds in an acceptable audit ready condition.
Assist in areas of housekeeping as needed.
Tracking supply needs to ensure efficient supply levels.
Ensure all debris and trash is removed from all outside grounds areas daily.
Demonstrate full knowledge of and compliance with Company Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures.
Follow implemented planned activities, tasks, and schedules for sanitation, including Master Cleaning Schedule tasks.
Work with new team members.
Follow delegated work assignments as directed by Sanitation Supervisor and Sanitation Manager.
Responsible for thorough follow-through of cleaning assignments.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
