Major Duties and Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize food processing equipment, bread trays and trash bins. Disposed of food waste, garbage and recycling daily throughout the building, abiding by the company “Green Waste” recycling program. Maintain a food safety environment, complying with Revolution Foods, the State and Federal policies. Adhere to GMP by maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment (Dry floors, proper knife storage, etc.). Sweep and mop the floors and stairs Refilled chemical containers Report potential issues to management Keep all cleaning equipment clean and sanitize Follow the master sanitation chart at all times All other duties as assigned. Performs other duties as needed.
