Clean food production room and disassemble and clean food production equipment to food-safety sanitation standards Use chemicals to clean floors, walls, tables, and equipment Work with chemical dispensing equipment Inspect production equipment and production area to ensure readiness before start and throughout the day for handling open food ingredients Actively inspect equipment and product ingredients to ensure conformance to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Take corrective actions as needed and communicate and document with Supervisor Execute tests to ensure cleaning is complete to established guidelines Work with plant services team to accomplish all cleaning in production room and production equipment, refrigerated warehouse, warehouse, office areas, restrooms and break room Wear PPE’s to work safely with chemicals for purpose of sanitation in production, warehouse, and other areas of the building. Follow all safety procedures and participates in safety training. Maintains safe and efficient use of equipment, chemicals, tools, and PPE’s.
