About The Position

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests/employees that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Strong communication skills, customer-orientated and friendly
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening

Responsibilities

• Entering confined spaces to clean water recirculation tanks
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as; cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and additional needs as requested
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumable and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• All other duties as assigned
