Sandwich Maker/Customer Service
About The Position
We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy retail environment. We are a small family-owned business and are looking for folks who want to help build our community. www.the320marketcafe.com We are known for our chicken cutlet hoagies in addition to our pico de gallo, pizza and honey chili chicken. We are a fun, fast-paced environment with dedicated clientele we've built up during our 30+ years in business. Pay range $14-$16/hr + tips. Tips are generally between $4-$6/hr after 90 day probationary period. Shifts are generally 7 am to 3 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm. Weekend availability required.
Requirements
- Experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available beyond the summer.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Builds fresh sandwiches in retail packaging or on demand, per given recipes and guides.
- Makes all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars.
- Assists customers at service counter, answers phones.
- Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Answer, report, and follow leaderships' instructions.
