About The Position

The Sandwich Artist position is focused on ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This includes recommending specific menu items like double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches, and consistently displaying a willing and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and co-workers. The role involves performing duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual and becoming cross-trained in various job stations as directed.

Requirements

Excellent customer service
Ability to deal with many different types of people
Subject to pre-employment background and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Successfully perform the duties at the stations to which assigned, as detailed in the Operations Manuel
Implement or take action with respect to becoming cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed
Make sandwiches, salads, and wraps
Use a POS system/cash register
Slice vegetables and other food preparation
Wash dishes, wipe tables, counter tops and chairs
Sweep floor in work area
Account for cash and product
Perform Cash-Ins required at each shift
Take Inventory
Perform other job related tasks as required
