About The Position
As a Sandwich Artist at Subway, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing and serving high-quality food. Your primary focus will be on four key areas: providing excellent service to guests, preparing and serving delicious meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant, and being an effective team player. You will engage with guests to recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish, ensuring that each interaction is positive and welcoming. Upholding food safety standards is essential as you prepare and serve fresh food daily, contributing to the overall quality and safety of the dining experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with your teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals.
