About The Position

Picasso Restaurant Group is opening our newest café inside the Pavilion at Michigan Medicine, and we are looking for enthusiastic team members to join us as Sandwich Artists & Salad Bar Attendants. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and providing excellent service, this is the job for you!

Requirements

• Previous food service or prep experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads to order with accuracy and care
• Maintain and stock the salad bar with fresh, appealing selections
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
• Assist with other food prep and service duties as needed
