Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Sandblaster is responsible for daily operation of sandblast equipment, and basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimization and safety.

Requirements

Must be 18 or over.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to be self-motivated, assertive, and responsive to Company metrics.
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
Strong judgement to be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Must be detail oriented.
Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.
