About The Position
The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The role ensures compliance with all daily operational procedures set by the Food and Beverage Department, maintaining food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. Effective communication with the General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff is essential. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
