About The Position
Overview Make an impact at Suncore Construction & Materials ! We’re looking for a dedicated Sand and Gravel Technician to join our Asphalt/Aggregate Lab team! If you have a high school education (or equivalent) and are passionate about learning and growing, we want to hear from you! UDOT TTQP certifications are a bonus, but not required to be hired—we’re more interested in your willingness to learn and contribute, we can help you get your certifications! Things You’ll Do Perform lab tests on sand, gravel, and asphalt materials Lift up to 75 lbs regularly Work with a friendly, collaborative team to maintain high-quality standards Learn and understand specifications related to asphalt and aggregate materials Communicate clearly and work well with others, always maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members
Nice To Haves
- UDOT TTQP certifications
