About The Position
The Planning Level 1 Internship at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is designed for students pursuing degrees in fields related to city planning, environmental policy, and transportation management. This temporary, full-time position offers interns the opportunity to engage in various planning functions across multiple divisions, including Streets, Transit, Finance and IT, Taxis, Access, and Mobility Services, and the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer. Interns will participate in community outreach, data analysis, and project support while gaining valuable experience in public sector transportation planning.
