About The Position

Our financial advisors serve clients in new markets, creating opportunities for people who share our passion to enable clients to lead lives full of meaning and gratitude. By joining an existing team, you can leverage the diverse skill sets of experienced financial advisors to serve more clients and accelerate the growth of your business. In this role, support and joint fieldwork opportunities will come directly from experienced financial advisors. The Team-Sponsored Launch position provides some stability of income and the ability to focus on learning and development rather than production. This model can accommodate candidates seeking their first opportunity, career changers, and professionals currently working in the financial industry, with the goal of joining the team as a financial advisor within three months to three years.

• A natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about living a life of generosity by serving others, not just selling products.
