About The Position

As a Bartender at H-E-B, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at our restaurant and bar. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing drinks, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Related experience in bartending preferred.
• Experience with restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Completion of Alcohol Seller's Training certification upon hire.
• General culinary knowledge and basic understanding of nutrition values and ingredients.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and ensure a positive and memorable experience.

• Process cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote a safe environment through responsible serving.
• Execute recipes and techniques accurately from memory and address complaints effectively.
