About The Position

As a Sales Experience Associate, you are the life force of your store. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology. With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions. Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases.
