Job Summary: This position reports to the Sales Support Manager and will support sample and display programs across all T&A businesses. The Samples Program Specialist establishes sample policies, oversees product and launch strategies, and produces reporting to support the sample program and sales leadership. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, or sales and marketing coordinator experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the sample ordering process for all companies including displays, custom samples, A&D samples, meeting policy turnaround of 1-2 business days for all orders.
Create and manage the sample production schedule to ensure adequate sample inventory and launch readiness.
Support new product launch process in collaboration with sales and marketing by providing sales reports, sample data, and recommendations for launch.
Build and maintain sample SKUs, rack codes, division/family codes, and other item specifics in the Gartman system.
Manage open order policy: monthly open order reporting, review for back order, receipt and closure and review ship complete/incomplete orders.
Influence and request changes to Sugar sample and display modules for improved accuracy and ease of use.
Create and maintain work instructions for all responsibilities and facilitate regular cross training for back-ups.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
