Requirements

Food handling experience preferred
Strong communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Company
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems

Responsibilities

Inspect product, pack, and provide samples to sales team as requested
Maintain accurate inventory of products used for samples
Maintain accurate required records: date codes, cookie data, daily production total, etc.
Monitor quality of product on ongoing basis and report any discrepancies to Management/Quality
Prepare/package finished orders for shipping: FedEx, LTL, etc.
Serve as backup in Outlet Store when needed
Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
