About The Position
The Sample Specialist will be responsible for cutting and preparing turf samples to provide to existing and potential customers. The Sample Specialist will maintain all sample racks. They will also be responsible for any shipping and receiving.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to lift 15+ pounds
Responsibilities
- Cut and prepare turf samples
- Assist customer service and sales representatives with processing sample box orders to be shipped
- Process orders for sample boxes
- Maintain all sample racks
- Prepare samples for website and marketing sample tags
- Responsible for shipping and receiving via UPS
- Maintain a clean and tidy work space
- Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule
- Other duties as assigned
