About The Position

The Sample Maker will cut and sew garments using commercial patterns. As a Sample Sewer, craftsmanship, attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must. This role will sew garments and soft goods that will support Tech Designers, Designers, and Developers. The focus will be to sew, at an expert level, quality, on-time products that are an accurate reflection of Fox Racing’s position as an industry leader. This position will be onsite in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in sewing textile garments
• Commercial Single-needle and Overlock machine experience a must
• Ability to operate Commercial/Industrial machines is a must
• Able to cut and sew samples from commercial patterns

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of factory production sewing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of garment sewing assembly
• Ability to produce samples with good quality
• Good organization with multiple projects simultaneously
• Measure garments in Metric and Imperial
