Sensient is growing! We are seeking a Sample Lab Technician to join our growing team! This role will be an integral part of ensuring our customers our product samples in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to perform efficiently and amicably while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment.
• Execution/Results Driven, Develops Self & Others, Customer Focus
• Collaborative spirit, good communication skills, computer experience and attention to detail.
• Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pack out finished goods into designated containers and package samples for shipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide all necessary samples using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Prepare all sample request, labels, and prints all related documentation to be included in packages to be sent to customer.
• Notify Sample Supervisor of any known delays or problems.
• Cycle count bulk materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provides back up for other Sample Room functions.
• Seek to improve ways and methods to become more efficient and better serve the customer, both internal and external.
