As we continuously grow our team, we are currently seeking a new team member in the role of Sample Fabricator and Fulfillment Specialist. Our Sample Fabricator and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for helping produce quality sample collateral and materials by means of in-house fabrication, maintain sample inventory, and assist with sampling requests and needs. This individual works closely with the Warehouse Manager to guarantee that all outbound shipments and samples have been prepared accurately. The following is a list of primary responsibilities. These responsibilities are in addition to the day-to-day warehouse and sampling activities.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Dependable and Reliable
Must be very detail-oriented, well organized and good with hands
Must have good email and verbal communication skills
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

Cut material into appropriately sized square and shapes for use as sample swatches by means of electric knife and scissors, while using extreme precision and detail
Adheres pre-printed labels to memos of wallcoverings and fabrics using hot glue gun or similar method
Maintains sample inventory in NJ warehouse by running sample inventory reports monthly to insure stock levels are sufficient
Communicates sample memo tag graphic needs with HQ
Fabricate showroom collateral guides – cut materials and apply to sample display boards as needed, as needed by sales and marketing teams
Fabricate sample ring sets – cut materials, punch holes in samples, and fasten together with rings, as needed by sales and marketing teams
Other sample fabrication projects as needed by sales and marketing teams
Print, pull, and pack pick ticketed sample requests
Stock and maintain sample shelves
Make sure all outgoing sample requests are labeled and accounted for
