About The Position
The Regional Manager for SamFit is responsible for managing the regional operations of all SamFit staff and the health and fitness activities and services system-wide. This role includes hiring, training, and supervising fitness representatives and health and fitness staff at all SamFit locations. The manager will oversee external corporate accounts, student internships, independent instructors, and the professional development of all Health and Fitness Specialists, Fitness Representatives, and Fitness Center Coordinators. Additionally, the Regional Manager will manage fitness program development and is responsible for achieving business sales goals related to personal training, membership sales, fitness class offerings, and health coaching.
