About The Position

As the Global Indirect Tax Senior Manager, you’ll deliver a full range of tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for your multiple clients– all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Use Tax team and lead staff on various tax matters, on all phases of project and engagement management, because together is how we succeed. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum ten years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting
• CPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage various project tasks at the same time
• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from the State and other tax authorities
• Lead a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management, to gather information and perform tax services
• Lead team members to promptly resolve client problems or tax issues encountered in preparation process
• Understand client operations, processes, and business objectives, and utilize that knowledge on engagements
• Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
• Oversee numerous client projects and tasks simultaneously
• Lead professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
• Business Development – lead sales presentations for both existing and prospective clients
• Other duties as assigned
