About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure a high level of guest service standards and assists the Director in day-to-day operations. Responsible for ensuring that all member and client services meet expectations and supports the Director in resolving customer challenges. Excellent communication & organization is essential for success in this role. Additionally, the Salon Supervisor is responsible to uphold all duties of the Salon Receptionist. Pay Rate: $52,000 annual salary. Full-time Schedule (with flexibility required): Tuesday-Friday: 7:45am-4:00pm Saturday: 8:45am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

Oversee the salon’s daily operations to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience at every touchpoint.
Supervise and mentor all salon staff, including Receptionists and Technicians, ensuring adherence to Forbes service standards, dress code, communication protocols, and operational policies.
Ensure all salon areas including desk, storage, backbar, stations are impeccably organized, clean, and aligned with Forbes standards.
Administrative support duties to include but not be limited to: reception desk schedule preparation, payroll, communication posting, retail and backbar order processing and receiving, daily revenue reports, oversight of salon passes.
Oversight and management of client billing for accuracy and client resolution when necessary.
Coordinate with Member Services department, management and director to quickly resolve all members and guests service concerns.
Ensures all storage areas are clean and organized.
Coordinates and oversees salon standards by conducting daily walk-throughs, and initiate maintenance/repairs as needed.
Supervise all Salon Receptionists & Technicians to ensure Forbes standards are delivered: dress code, phone scripts, policies and procedures are in compliance.
Assists Director with planning & development of creative strategies as well as complete oversight of the salon to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Assists in coordinating education training for Service Providers.
Knowledge of all salon services and offerings and trends in beauty industry.
Other tasks as assigned by Director.
