About The Position
As a Salon Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the salon, managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success. You will lead by example, helping your staff increase their clientele and the business while focusing on the profitability of the salon. You will also provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality is provided for each guest. Acting as a coach and mentor, you will bring out the best in salon employees, ensuring a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, recruiting, training, and handling conflicts and client complaints with professionalism.
