Responsibilities
Manage all operations and provide leadership and tools for success.
Help staff increase their clientele and the business.
Focus on the profitability of the salon and teach stylists the ins and outs of business.
Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure the highest quality is provided for each guest.
Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees ensuring a positive work environment.
Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
Requirements
Lead by example and have customer service at your core.
Resolve challenges with professionalism.
Bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training and developing your team.
Create a positive work environment and provide guidance on business and technical competency matters.
Have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Be tech savvy and perform administrative tasks.
Read, write, and do basic math.
Be available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.
