Responsibilities
- Manage all operations and provide leadership and tools for success.
- Help staff increase their clientele and the business.
- Focus on the profitability of the salon and teach stylists the ins and outs of business.
- Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure the highest quality is provided for each guest.
- Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees ensuring a positive work environment.
- Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
Requirements
- Lead by example and have customer service at your core.
- Resolve challenges with professionalism.
- Bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training and developing your team.
- Create a positive work environment and provide guidance on business and technical competency matters.
- Have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Be tech savvy and perform administrative tasks.
- Read, write, and do basic math.
- Be available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.
