In addition to performing guest services duties as a licensed, professional stylist, the salon manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the job performance of a team of stylists and ensuing proper salon operations. With the support of other management team members, the salon manager is primarily responsible for all aspects of operations, team performance, and team development. The salon manager will accomplish this by consistently as a leader demonstrating company principles for guest service and technical excellence, using company-selected techniques effectively, creatively and with efficiency.
