Developing a team starts with morning Huddles to get the day started, weekly 1:1’s to create and track goals, create a learning environment that allows our Salon Coordinators and Cerologists® become their best by celebrating accomplishments and recognizing areas of opportunity to improve upon. This person must champion the careers of our Cerologists® and business to success. This person must thrive not only on running day-to-day operations but helping the business to grow. This person must be able to confidently manage all aspects of the business from client service, human resource management, local marketing/PR, inventory, and fiscal accountability. This person must be passionate about the beauty industry, detail-oriented, engaged in ongoing learning, and enthusiastic about the local community the Salon serves. SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager position is responsible for all day-to-day operations, management and responsible for leading a team to deliver the ultimate client experience. The Assistant Manager will work closely with owner(s) to help oversee human resource management, public relations/marketing, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability. This position requires accessibility, including first point of contact 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
