Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for developing stylists and creating a great salon culture
- Positive energy and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Great communication skills
- A motivating attitude
- Top-notch technical skills
- Flexible and organized
- Driven to achieve goals
- Licensed to cut hair
- Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
