About The Position
We are looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated and energetic Salon Manager. This position is for a person who has the ability to drive service and retail sales through a strategic plan, while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Salon Experience is required for this position.
Requirements
- Salon Experience is required for this position.
- A current TX Cosmetology or Barbers License is required
Responsibilities
- Salon Managers provide a full range of hair care services offered by their salon.
- Our Salon Managers build clientele quickly, and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services.
- Managers are responsible to Recruit and Develop staff to grow the Salon.
- Managers Achieve salon financial goals through planning, leading, educating, and creating fun.
